Course Description
This course provides an introduction to the practice and study of the craft involved in writing fiction and poetry. Students have the opportunity to produce, write and revise original works of fiction, poetry and creative non-fiction. Instructors guide students in analyzing and critically examining works of cultural significance by various authors in order to demonstrate understanding of cultural differences and the similarities which bind us to the human condition.
